A Chatters Assistant Manager is a leader who coaches and motivates the sales team to achieve sales goals, provides excellent customer service and product expertise, and ensures the store is clean, stocked, and well-merchandised according to company standards. Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership & Team Development : Coach, train, and motivate the sales team to meet store sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Customer Service & Sales : Provide personalized beauty advice, engage with customers to drive sales, and build lasting customer relationships.
- Store Operations : Manage store cleanliness, stock levels, and merchandising to Chatters' standards.
- Operational Support : Assist with opening and closing procedures and act as a backup to the store manager.
