Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of full-time Hardware Supervisor – Professional Services based out of the Home and Building Centre location in Shellbrook, Saskatchewan. What You Will Do :

• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
• Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
• Provide expert advice on hardware products including tools, plumbing, electrical, paint accessories, and seasonal items.
• Provide on the job training for new team members on product knowledge and customer service.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, tradespeople, and repeat customers.
• Coordinate daily workflow of team members to ensure efficient operations, proper coverage, and a strong customer experience.
• Handle customer concerns and returns professionally.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer projects.
• Drive department sales though excellent service, product knowledge, and add on sales.
• Receive stock and rotate merchandise, assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Lead by example in customer service and work ethic.
• Adhere to the Safety Management and Asset Protection systems, policies, procedures, records, and training requirements.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Who You Will Work With : Reporting to the Shellbrook Home Centre Team Leader you will work closely with suppliers, store departments, and management to support sales objectives, optimize stock levels, and ensure a high level of product availability and customer satisfaction.
