Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full-Time Sandwich Artist at our Subway in our C-Store/Gas Bar location in Shellbrook, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the C-Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
• Provide Legendary Service at all touchpoints through various communication channels.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explains accurately to guests.
• Prepare food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner.
• Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.
• Check product in sandwich unit area and restock items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout shift.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Point-of-Sale system.
• Perform light paperwork duties as assigned.
• Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• You are familiar with food safe practices and procedures.

• You are attentive to detail and have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment.
• You are able to fulfill physical job requirements, lifting up to 25lbs, repetitive movements, standing for entire shift.
• You must be willing and able to obtain Food Safe certification.
• You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
