As a Manager Expatriate Tax ( Global Mobility Services ) , your duties will include :
- Collaborate with our clients' various departments (HR, payroll, finance, legal, etc.);
- Act as clients’ main point of contact;
- Act as technical expert in personal taxation;
- Plan and manage tax activities in countries where our clients have employees;
- Provide advice on international payroll;
- Document and update our clients' tax policies;
Participate in various international mobility projects (program development, process improvement, system configuration, tenders, etc.).
Your qualifications, talents and assets :
- Bachelor of Accounting, Finance, Economics or Law and / or a Master of Taxation or Economics (or equivalent);
- A professional designation is an asset;
- Over 5 years of experience in your field of expertise;
- Knowledge of tax systems (TaxPrep, GoSystem, Checkpoint, etc.);
Good knowledge of Office suite softwares (especially Excel) and other specialized software.
- Perfectly bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken, to deal with a unilingual English-speaking clientele;
- Ability to navigate in a fast-moving environment with a high level of autonomy;
- Initiative and curiosity;
- Attention to detail and rigorous approach to research, analysis and documentation;
- Good teamwork skills, establishing and maintaining good relationships with colleagues and clients;
- Excellent understanding of international mobility issues / environement;
Knowledge of personal taxes and international payroll, a major asset.
