Responsibilities :

  • Researching and identifying potential clients that could benefit from the company’s marketing services.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients through regular communication and networking.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Providing regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company’s services and build brand awareness.

Qualifications :

  • Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a Business Development Manager Role.
  • Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably selling a service-based product with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies and drive business growth.
