Ranch Ehrlo is seeking for highly motivated individuals to fulfill the rewarding role of Youth Care Worker (YCW) within our agency.

YCW’s fulfill the role of providing day-to-day care for youth who have experienced many challenges and benefit from the support and role modelling of understanding adults.

Shift Working Hours : There are a variety of shift start and end times, but these are the most common :

Weekdays 15 : 00-00 : 00, 23 : 30-09 : 30.

Weekends and non-school days 08 : 00-20 : 00, 09 : 00-21 : 00, 10 : 00-22 : 00, 11 : 00-23 : 00, 12 : 00-00 : 00, 23 : 30-11 : 30

Eligible Applicants Will Possess :

• High school diploma
• A valid class 5 or novice 2 driver’s license with a clear driver abstract history
• An outgoing personality with a desire to build genuine relationships with youth
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to display empathy, patience, and understanding in day-to-day interactions.

Additional Requirements / Information :

The successful candidate is responsible for completing all mandatory training requirements for the position as per agency policy and guidelines.

Employees must hold a class five (5) novice two (2) or higher drivers license and be eligible for coverage under our commercial auto insurance policy.
