About the role

Were searching for a passionate Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Vancouver Recruiting team! This exciting role directly impacts candidate experience while managing internal stakeholders across the hiring process. Youll leverage your industry knowledge sense of urgency and ability to sweat the details to help us evolve how we connect talented humans to career opportunities at Remitly. Youll accomplish this by partnering closely with recruiters coordinators hiring managers interviewers and the broader People Team. You will be a Remitly brand ambassador throughout the candidate experience journey.

You Have:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in recruiting coordinating role or a scheduling-heavy role ideally in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent interpersonal skills: Youre approachable resourceful and bring a positive customer-focused mindset to every interaction.

• A global mindset and experience in working with global teams is highly preferred

• Experience with Workday and scheduling tools to track and monitor recruitment process

• Organizational and interpersonal skills to build strong relationship with key stakeholders

• Familiarity with excel reporting and tracking

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is $32-$40 per Canada Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
