QUALIFICATIONS :
Education, Training And Experience
Graduation from a recognized nursing program plus three (3) years recent, related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Knowledge of pertinent legislation, Ministry of Health policies and gerontological issues and practices. Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant, or a practicing RPN registrant.

- Ability to work independently
- Effective interpersonal, organizational and teaching skills
- Ability to deal effectively with clients, families, physicians, program and hospital staff and community agencies
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
