Overview

Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager to support multiple active and upcoming projects from their Cambridge office. This role will focus primarily on preconstruction and project coordination for a strong pipeline of long‑term care, retirement, and mixed‑use developments across Southwestern Ontario. The ideal candidate will be organized, technically proficient, and motivated to advance within a dynamic and reputable construction team.

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination support during preconstruction, construction, and closeout phases.
• Prepare, track, and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Assist in developing and maintaining construction schedules using Procore.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and trade partners to ensure timelines and quality expectations are met.
• Support claims management, budget tracking, and cost reporting alongside the Project Manager.
• Attend project meetings, record minutes, and monitor action items.
• Contribute to a collaborative and proactive office culture focused on quality, teamwork, and client service.
