Job Overview

Accountable for maintaining maintenance spare storage area for effective identification of parts. Working closely with MRO / Planner to maintain count accuracy (digital and physical) of the parts inventory.

Day Shift : 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Emphasize routine cycle counts and inventory accuracy in the CMMS.
• Measure inventory accuracy rates and order fulfillment times.
• Support Maintenance Planner with forecasting of spare parts cost during the budgeting period.
• Ensure stores housekeeping and maintaining 5S standards.
• Monitor daily stock usage trends of critical components and set safety stock levels to minimize downtime.
• Track stock turnover rates and downtime caused by stock shortages.
• Ensure assembling and preparing kits of parts, tools, and materials for planned maintenance tasks.
• Ensure kitting accuracy and readiness by collaborating with the Maintenance Planner and tracking items in the CMMS.
• Ensure kit accuracy and on‑time availability.
• Follow-up on vendor lead times and handle repair material logistics.
• Measure performance through vendor lead time reliability.
• Coordinate vendor and accounts payable to ensure received invoice accuracy and avoid discrepancies.
• Focus on identifying inefficiencies in inventory management processes and creating SOPs for improvement.
• Track process improvement implementation rates and cost savings.
