We're looking for a talented Content Creator Manager to develop impactful communications and guide an up-and-coming team in do the same! Your exceptional writing capability combined with a natural ability for creative direction will help to deliver quality communications designed to engage and educate our distinct audiences.
You'll work closely with our Content Creation team developing omni-channel content and guiding our content creators in their projects.
The work includes thought leadership and promotional emails, web content, eCommerce promotions, white papers / E-books, social media content, case studies, webinars, how-to guides, press releases and much more.
Our communications channels are aimed at engaging with customers, prospects, leads, vendors, staff and the public. While channels and audiences vary, the quality of our content and our tone and voice are both consistent and unique in our marketspace.
In this leadership role, you are a hands-on producer and your work, and that of your team, is integral to executing our content marketing strategy.
At the core of this strategy is creating content that people search the Internet for and that search engines like Google just love.
We are industry thought leaders that produce best-in-class content our audiences want to download and share. If you get a kick out of having thousands of people read your webpages every month, or several hundred joining a webinar you created, you're going to fit in with our team.

Here's what you'll do :
- Research and develop value-add content for our five businesses (Cleaning & Hygiene, Safety, Grocery / Retail / Processor, Industrial, R3 Redistribution)
- Write web content and post it using our content management system (WordPress)
- Plan and develop social media content for our various channels
- Support our ecomm team as they develop accurate and engaging product descriptions for our eCommerce platforms
- Write and distribute email communications
- Help with the creation of multimedia content including webinars and other rich content
- Monitor and track engagement across various channels
- Assist with the creation of press releases
- Create impactful and engaging PowerPoint presentations for a wide range of applications from internal and customer communications to sales support
What we're looking for :
- Graduate from a post-secondary program in Journalism, Media Studies, Advertising and Marketing Communications, or equivalent
- 10 years' experience writing and editing content for an external audience
- Excellent communication skills, writing and proofreading skills
- Excellent research, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work productively individually and guide / support / develop team members
- Expert using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator)
- Experience using any CRM, CMS and email delivery platforms
Nice to have :
Photography experience using a DSLR camera
