This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for an experienced manufacturing professional who thrives in fast‑paced, people‑driven environments. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will oversee daily manufacturing activities for a defined value stream, balancing quality, safety, productivity, and team engagement to deliver strong operational results.

You will work closely with front‑line employees and cross‑functional partners across supply chain, engineering, safety, and manufacturing support. Your Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day manufacturing operations, balancing quality, cost, productivity, safety, and morale.
• Supervise and support a team of 20+ hourly employees, ensuring work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Manage staffing, time and attendance, performance metrics, and provide regular updates to leadership and peers.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing quality issues, scrap, rework, and inventory discrepancies, then leading corrective actions.
• Foster strong employee relations through coaching, feedback, performance evaluations, and development planning.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance, lead incident investigations, support JHSC activities, and maintain 6S standards.
