Job Title : D365 CRM Technical Consultant

Work Location : Mississauga, ON

Job Description :

• Technical consultant with D365 background, having worked on the D365 product extensively and done multiple implementations.
• Worked on different CRM / XRM versions.
• HTML 5, CSS, SOAP, REST, Angular JS, JavaScript.
• Agile deliveries and tight timescale.
• having done projects on premise / cloud, support, upgrade, and Migrations
• Must have worked on D365 customization and configuration.
• Experience in Integration with third party applications.
• Must be certified in D365.
• Sound expertise in DevOps, GIT, Jira.
• Designed and developed Microsoft Flow, PowerApps and PowerBI reports.
• Office 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint API’s.
• Marketing automation, RESCO, Scribe, KingswaySoft, ClickDimensions.
• Experience in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale apps.

Technical Skills (Secondary Nice to have, NOT MANDATORY) :

• Aware of mobility in CRM.
• Unified Service Desk
• WPF (used for creating external Hosted controls and other components used in Unified Service Desk)

Soft Skills

• As this is an onsite role, must have strong written and oral communication skills.
• Insurance Domain Knowledge
• Strong ability to work with client stakeholders.
• Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation
