AGT Foodand Ingredients Inc. is seeking a Business Process and Systems Analyst tojoinour Head Officein Regina, SK .

The Business Process and Systems Analyst will provide ongoing professional support to end users.This will include liaising between end users and IT in order to generate accurate specification requirements, as well as focusing on process improvements and consistent information to provide accurate reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Focus on learning and understanding business processes in order to provide recommendations on efficiencies, including system enhancements
• Champion training and consistent information with user groups to ensure accurate reporting for management and executive decision making
• Be an active member of the support team identifying issues, providing solutions, making recommendations, providing feedback – creating a sense of team across internal team members and vendors staff.
• Liaise with business partners to analyze problems of varying sizes, gather and document requirements and develop solution specifications to be provided to development resources
• Provide support to end users & resolve issues on a timely basis for internal customers in Canada, the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom
• Execution and coordination of user acceptance testing for changes made to the operating system
• Maintain strong internal control procedures in progressing enhancements through the development life cycle
• Provide professional and courteous system help desk support for higher level issues for users in a multinational environment
• Perform other related duties as required
