What you would do
Responsible for scheduling staff and driving the non-billable overtime numbers to a minimum by applying creative and strategic scheduling solutions
- Manage and oversee hourly employee information changes and general communications
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, security professionals, prospective clients, and Securiguard representatives (via phone, email, and in-person)
- Oversees the organization and coordination of office operations and procedures
- Provide support to recruitment activities; ensure employees have site-specific training and certifications and support them through their onboarding process
- Work closely with site supervisors / managers for staffing, uniforms, certification, and supplies required for the site
- Maintain accurate, detailed records and reporting.
- Highly detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Perform other tasks and assignments as required by the Client Services Manger.
What would you bring
3 +years of experience in operations coordination; or schedulingClass 5 BC Driver's License and able to provide a clean driver's abstractBC Security License is an assetStrong knowledge of Canadian employment standards and compliance best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management ability.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.Collaborative team player with strong judgment, composure, and attention to detailDiploma or certification in a relevant field would be considered an asset but is not requiredWhat's In It for You
