Job Title : Night Shift Team Lead - Forklift Operator

Location : Brampton, Ontario

Shift : Sunday night to Thursday night, 10 pm to 6 am

Pay Rate : $22 per hour, with a $1.25 premium for night shift work

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and certified Forklift operator to join our team as a Night Shift Team Lead. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of MHE operators during the night shift, ensuring efficient and safe operation of warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of MHE operators during the night shift
• Operate MHE equipment, including Reach Trucks (Crown preferred), Dock Stockers, and Walkies
• Ensure safe and efficient movement of inventory within the warehouse
• Collaborate with other teams to meet operational goals and objectives
• Provide guidance and support to team members as needed
