Your Role :
As a key player in our sales team, you’ll guide customers through the exciting journey of purchasing their next vehicle.
From understanding their needs to delivering the keys, you’ll be there every step of the way.
Your day-to-day will include :
- Engaging with customers to provide tailored, hassle-free service.
- Leading test drives and negotiating terms to ensure seamless closings.
- Using your creativity to generate leads through social media and other channels.
- Collaborating with our finance department to offer financing, warranties, and other products.
- Maintaining and managing our vehicle inventory, keeping things fresh and exciting.
What You Bring to the Table :
Experience : Previous automotive sales experience is great but not required.
If you’ve got the drive, we’re ready to teach you the ropes.
- Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships.
- Flexibility : You’ll need the ability to work weekends and evenings, ensuring we’re always available for our customers.
- Licenses : A valid driver’s license and OMVIC Automotive License are required to hit the ground running.
