Summary : Reporting to the Executive Vice President Sales and Business Development, as an Account Manager at our client, you will manage all facets of client engagements.

Your focus will be on both existing and new clients, with a commitment to building and maintaining strong relationships.

By comprehensively understanding clients' business needs, you will align expectations and deliver optimal solutions. Additionally, you will be instrumental in defining sales and growth strategies, ensuring alignment with critical business objectives.

Your role involves not only identifying opportunities but also establishing and enhancing credibility with clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Business Development : Proactively identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of existing accounts.
  • Account Management : Efficiently manage, plan, negotiate, and successfully close deals.
  • Sales Cycle Management : Oversee the entire sales cycle, collaborating closely with the applications, engineering, and design teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Client Relationship Building : Develop and foster strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Planning : Contribute to the formulation of sales and growth strategies, aligning them with crucial business objectives.
  • Marketing Support : Work with the marketing team to increase the company's presence in the industry.

Requirements

Qualifications / Skillsets :

  • Proven experience in sales or account management within a relevant industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly with engineering and design teams.
  • Customer-centric approach to sales, understanding what constitutes value to clients.
