Help grow a new business that specializes in helping seniors with relocation and online estate sales. The Community Relations Manager’s primary duty is to help promote the business among our referral partners (i.e. senior communities, relators, lawyers, etc.) and networks. Additional duties include client sales (with commissions) and some oversight of operations, with potential to grow the role if desired and needed. This part-time position offers flexible weekday hours. \r\n \r\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: \r\n\r\n•\tEnjoys working with seniors and their families \r\n•\tMotivated and self-directed with strong organizational skills \r\n•\tExcellent interpersonal and communications skills \r\n•\tEnjoys networking and speaking to people \r\n\r\nEssential job functions include: \r\n\r\n•\tEnjoys working with seniors and their families Work within the Rockville, Potomac, Bethesda territory to develop relationships with referral partners and potential clients in collaboration with the management team. \r\n•\tIncrease brand awareness in the marketplace and implement market growth strategies. \r\n•\tUpdate referral partner interactions using customer management system (FranConnect). \r\n•\tAttend marketing and networking events. \r\n•\tProvide sales calls and visits with potential clients obtain through referral partners. \r\n•\tWork with team in providing services to client. \r\n\r\nJob Requirements \r\n\r\n•\tPrior sales and/or marketing experience preferred, but not required \r\n•\tPrior experience working with seniors preferred, but not required \r\n•\tProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) \r\n•\tHave access to a computer and mobile phone for updating, scheduling, finding locations, and communications\r\n•\tValid driver’s license and reliable transportation \r\n \r\nCompensation \r\n \r\n•\tHours: 15-20/week \r\n•\tTypically, weekday work only, no nights \r\n•\tStarting at $20 per hour plus commission on sales, including paid training
