Position Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administration Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support to our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft and proofread correspondences and formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer inbound telephone calls and direct them appropriately
- Develop and maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents
- Perform various office tasks to support team efficiency and productivity
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in office administration or a related field
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organized with effective time management skills
