ROLE TITLE : DOCUMENTATION ASSISTANT-CO-OP STUDENT

DEPARTMENT : QUALITY ASSURANCE

TERM : MAY TO AUGUST 2026

HOURS : MONDAY-FRIDAY 8 : 00 -16 : 30

The Documentation Assistant (Co op Student) is responsible for supporting Quality Assurance documentation activities at the Steinbach site by assisting with the preparation organization distribution and archiving of controlled documents in compliance with SOPs regulatory requirements and site standards.

Responsibilities :

• Support the preparation of Quality Documentation.
• Assist with archiving documents in accordance with approved SOPs policies and regulations including timely filing and retrieval.
• Support off site storage management and document destruction processes.
• Contribute to Lean initiatives and 5S principles.
• Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulatory requirements and Occupational Health & Safety standards.
