Compensation : $32-37 / hour based on related experience

Responsibilities
Clean, polish, inspect, and assemble high-precision mechanical, optical, and electrical components within a cleanroom environmentSet up, adjust, and operate hand tools, portable power tools, and assembly fixtures in accordance with engineering drawings and process documentationAdhere strictly to internal procedures, customer requirements, and manufacturer assembly standardsRetrieve, verify, and manage hardware and components needed to complete assigned work ordersConduct visual and dimensional inspections to confirm compliance with tolerance and quality specificationsMaintain a safe, organized, and compliant cleanroom by following housekeeping standards and safe work practicesUse all tools and equipment in accordance with established safety guidelinesSafely lift materials weighing up to 10 pounds on a regular basis and up to 25 pounds occasionallyCommunicate clearly and follow both written and verbal instructionsExperience & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; college or technical training preferredMinimum 4-5+ years’ experience in mechanical assembly or a related mechanical fieldPrevious experience working in a cleanroom or laboratory environment preferredAbility to understand, learn, and follow detailed instructions and engineering documentationPrevious aerospace or defence or medical devices or electronic micro-components manufacturing experiencePrevious jobbing shop experience preferredExperience as a quality control technician or quality control engineer is an asset
