How we hire for these positions

Hiring for these positions is often quick, as candidates are already pre-certified and only need to complete reference checks and an informal fit interview with the hiring department.

To become pre-certified in the candidate registry, candidates complete a screening and evaluation process based on the essential qualifications, knowledge and skills required to perform the position across the Yukon government.
