Adecco is currently seeking a skilled Inside Sales Account Analyst to join our client's team in St. Catharines. This 12-month contract role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales and digital marketing expertise to support and guide small and medium businesses in their social media marketing efforts.
- Pay rate : $21.39 / hour.
- Location : St. Catharines, ON
- Shifts : Monday-Friday 9 : 00am-6 : 30pm 35-44 hours / week
- Job type : 12-month contract with possibility of extension Full-time

Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales, managing a portfolio of high-spending advertisers to grow revenue and enhance product savviness.
- Research and understand clients' verticals / industries, identifying sales opportunities and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Offer personalized client recommendations, improve experiences through optimal product adoption, and proactively engage with clients via phone and email.
- Help clients optimize their advertising strategies, increase investments, and maintain their campaigns longer by providing actionable insights and solutions.
- Exceed quarterly targets through high-volume outbound calls, develop expertise in social media advertising, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering solutions that address their advertising goals and enhancing their confidence in the platform.
Requirements :
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship sales, ad sales, or digital marketing.
- At least 4 years of work experience, including prior inside sales and quota-based sales experience.
- Proven ability to build relationships, strong communication skills, knowledge of digital marketing, and experience working with North American customers.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, flexible, and quick to adapt. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
