Our team specializes in aircraft charter, management, sales, maintenance, and parts sales, with established offices in Toronto, ON.
The primary function of this position is to provide sales support to the Gemini Parts division based out of Toronto, ON.
Essential Job Functions :
- Working with external customers to ensure data on file and for orders is accurate.
- Tracking customer payments, including processing credit card payments.
- Working with customers related to information requests, Proformas, and shipment tracking.
- Liaison for accounting when customer requests payment terms and helping to follow up on outstanding accounts receivables.
- Compiling weekly sales report.
- Uploading inventory to online databases.
- Creating RFQ for repair pricing for product when needed.
- Coordinate with MRO to track outstanding order information for process completion.
- Maintain rental lease agreements and issue monthly rental billing invoices.
- Completing various administrative duties including light filing and scanning, and ordering supplies.
- Special Projects as given and other responsibilities as assigned.

- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, professional attitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office products.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment in determining the most appropriate response or action in a variety of situations.
- Ability to think ahead and proactively anticipate and meet owner needs and follow through on appropriate documentation.
Work Environment : Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available, as well as outside at customer events.
Physical Demands :
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
- Constantly operate a telephone requiring oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with customers and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Ability to move from department and buildings to interact with others.
Travel : Required.
Work Authorization : Must be authorized to work in Canada.
