About this Position

To support our Sub contractor with Equipment Management & Repairs

To reduce United's Equipment Management costs (Service / Repair / Resources)

To assist Regional teams to manage the Equipment Services process relating directly to customer requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform quality repairs that meet servicestandardsfor all Service Calls
• Train operators / partners on managing their equipment and reducing their repair costs
• Responsible for reducing the number of callbacks for individual service calls
• Responsible for managing the inventory of parts required to service the
• Complete audit for the inventory of parts as required by United
• Responsible for ensuring data integrity within Service Requests and within technology provided
• Support equipment repair process as per United's Vision, Values and
