We are looking for a highly organized, creative, self-driven sales and marketing analyst to provide rock solid support to management and our sales team, craft key messaging to clients and drive forward marketing initiatives.
This is a temporary, 12 month assignment. If you are looking for a highly engaging analyst role in a constantly evolving industry, we are very excited to meet you! This role gives incredible experience in the fresh cut flower business and touches all facets of the business.

Job Description
- Run various daily / weekly / monthly data reports and distribute to management, including analysis and insights for further consideration
- Work with leadership to create weekly and holiday sales rep call lists and upload into Microsoft CRM platform
- Assist in vetting and assigning new customers to the sales team
- Plan and manage day-to-day campaign development including email campaign creative and set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of all emails
- Create and manage marketing materials across all channels (email, print, digital, social media, mobile, etc) from development to production to delivery
- Work with self-service email delivery system (Cordial) for production and deployment of emails
- Compile succinct reports focused on the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns including all KPIs and performance trends
- Create ad-hoc reports as needed
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the Fresh Flower business
- Temporary, 12 month assignment
Employees currently work from home. You will need to have a quiet, home office area with reliable internet coverage and will be provided with equipment.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years analyst experience
- BA degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical mindset with high level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Proven self-starter and team player
