The successful candidate will report to the Corporate Quality Manager and will analyze, monitor, implement and improve our internal product change management process – from input gathering to data collection and getting final approvals and communicating change to various multi-functional groups.

Job Responsibilities
Maintaining good record keeping practices and strict adherence to quality and safety programs.Other projects and assignments related to research and quality assurance may be assigned.Work with production plants within IKO to provide support and supplemental research data.Communicates changes and may provide assistance to change requesters.Create and maintain SDSTrack and publish Key Measurable Indicators.Act as Health and safety coordinator for departmentReceive P.O’s for procurement needs and verify quantities to be entered into the systemResearches, analyzes, and recommends improvements to an organization's quality processes in order to improve overall organization performance.Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data setsLocate and define new process improvement opportunities and maintaining reportsQualifications
Bachelors degree - Preferably in Chemical Engineering or Data Analysis1-3 years of experinece in a similar roleExperience with Salesforce and / or JDE desiredExperience in change management and SDSStrong background in process mappingKnowledge of 5S, Lean Six Sigma, Project Life Cycle and receiving Purchase ordersStrong attention to detail and data-drivenFluent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel functionsAbility to manage and prioritize several projects at a timeStrong commitment to Health, Safety and the EnvironmentPossess solid problem solving and critical thinking skillsPossess effective oral and written communication skillsDiversity and Equal Opportunity Employment : IKO Industries Ltd. is an equal opportunity employer.
