- Lead and execute Oracle CX Incentive Compensation module implementations enhancements and support activities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders focusing on compensation models taxation and payment plans
- Configure and customize Oracle Incentive Compensation components including custom objects rules and pay groups
- Translate CAPEX/OPEX policies into compensation configurations
- Work with UI/UX teams to implement or transition to Redwood UI
- Design and configure AI-assisted components for improved customer and sales insights
- Develop and manage custom roles ensuring secure access and compliance
- Collaborate with Sales Ops Finance and HR teams to align compensation and commission workflows
- Create documentation test cases and conduct user training
- Provide production support and resolve incentive/commission calculation issues in a timely manner
