Raise is hiring an Office Support Student for our client, one of North America's leading energy infrastructure companies with operations in natural gas, oil and power industries throughout Canada, the United States, and Mexico.

Description
The Office Support Student will support Reliability and Maintenance Projects and is responsible to for executing general plant maintenance capital (GPMC) projects on our assets across ML and TQM.
The team works with internal and external stakeholders to execute maintenance capital and expense projects in brownfield compression facilities.
What you’ll do :
Support larger projects with tasks such as preparing and submitting documents, reading and interpreting company standards, communicating with stakeholders, SAP tasks, etc.
All of which are crucial in the overall execution of projects.
- Support reporting efforts of the program of projects. This includes monthly reports to stakeholders, reporting of the team’s financial progress to managers / directors.
- Maintaining internal data quality.
- Ensuring correct data quality is crucial in transparency amongst the team and communication to stakeholders.
- Ensuring data is stored correctly amongst the team and in master plan.
- Facilitating team meetings, activities, and events.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Must be enrolled in a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical engineering discipline preferred) program
- You must be legally entitled to work in Canada by way of Canadian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or a valid work permit
- Strong interpersonal and communicative skills to work efficiently in a collaborative team environment
- Committed to building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to accurately analyze information and deal with ambiguity
- Experience working in a dynamic and challenging environment, and adaptable to changing priorities
- Ability to multi-task effectively, with strong organizational and time management skills
