Job Purpose

The Processing Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining the sheeting machine used to cut large rolls of dough into sheets of specific sizes. The operator ensures that the sheeter runs efficiently, producing high‑quality sheets while adhering to safety standards and production schedules.

Duties and Responsibilities

Machine Operation

• Set up and operate the sheeter machine to cut rolls of dough into sheets according to production specifications.
• Adjust machine settings such as knife pressure, speed, and feed rate to ensure precise cutting.
• Monitor the machine during operation to detect any issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Complete changeovers, including full washdown of equipment.
