What you will be doing :
Coordinates and conducts classroom training for “powered industrial truck” trainingMaintains employee safety and hazmat documentationCoordinates and conducts safety and hazmat training as neededDevelops and communicates safety and hazmat topics as neededDevelops and implements training documentation changes, signage, and 5S projectsRequirements :
High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency2 to 4 years related experience and / or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with warehouse equipmentPC literate to include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to apply common sense understanding to interpret and carry out instructionsAbility to organize safety auditsAbility to organize and conduct training classes for audiences at all levels of the organizationAbility to develop and proof training materialsProven presentation and facilitation skillsAbility to write reports and correspondence
