Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair
• Suggest drink pairings and create customized beverages based on guest preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Stock, prep, and restock bar ingredients and garnishes
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and restocking supplies
• Educate guests and staff on cocktail ingredients and bar offerings
• Uphold a positive, energetic, and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume or upscale environment
• Proven mixology skills and knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
• Smart Serve Certified (Ontario)
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Creativity and passion for mixology and hospitality
• Must be legal age to serve alcohol
