We care for approximately 72000 patients each year in homes schools clinics workplaces and retirement homes through our 24 locations and 24 nursing clinics. Overview

CarePartners is adding to our team and we are looking for Team Coordinators to ensure effective customer service and communication between patients families and staff. Our Team Coordinators ensure the scheduling of our PSWs Nurses and Therapists meets service delivery standards and administrative functions related to client services are performed in a timely manner.

We have immediate Full-Time openings in the Brampton office!

Hours of work are a schedule of defined shifts Monday to Friday 8 : 30 am - 4 : 30 pm with rotating weekends.

• This position offers a competitive compensation grid with progression based on hours worked and role-specific criteria. The hourly range is $19.10 to $25.63 and placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as the candidates knowledge skills qualifications and relevant experience.

Through our Community Nursing Services outreach program weve been organizing staff-led medical care and clinics in countries with poor access to health care since 2009.
