Position Details

Gestion de l'équipe d’indemnisation (automobile, habitation, services spécialisés et commerciaux). Le titulaire veillera à ce que les réclamations fassent l'objet d'une enquête, d'une évaluation et d'un règlement adéquats.

Fournir une orientation, du perfectionnement et un encadrement aux membres de l'équipe
Conseiller les parties internes et externes sur le traitement des réclamations
Donner des instructions aux administrateurs tiers pour résoudre les réclamations
Respecter et communiquer l’entièreté des politiques, procédures, contrôles et normes de performance opérationnels et les normes de service à la clientèle
Préparer des rapports pour la direction
Reconnaître et coordonner les efforts de recouvrement
Aviser les souscripteurs de toute information recueillie susceptible d'avoir une incidence sur l'évaluation des risques
Réaliser, à l’interne et à l’externe, des évaluations relatives aux réclamations et des audits

Votre profil

5 ans d'expérience dans le traitement de réclamations complexes dans les domaines de l'automobile, du commerce et de l'habitation

Licence 5a et 5b de l’AMF requise

Diplôme universitaire ou expérience de travail équivalente

La connaissance de l'anglais à un niveau intermédiaire est requise en plus du français puisque ce poste exige de communiquer, oralement et par écrit, avec nos clients, nos partenaires et les autres équipes d'Echelon Assurance Canada situées partout au Canada.

Solides compétences en analyse, organisation, gestion du temps et leadership

Expérience en gestion, un atout

Diplôme de PAA ou de FPAA, un atout
