The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, 3+ years of corporate law experience, and be detail-oriented. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, assisting in transactions, and administrative duties. The position offers a salary range of CAD$62,000 to $78,000, benefits, and a hybrid work model.
