Asset Management Analyst

On behalf of our client, Affinity is hiring an Asset Management Analyst for a 12‑month contract based in Vancouver, British Columbia.

This operationally focused role supports maintenance and asset‑management operations during a major Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) transformation. The analyst will improve the accuracy, completeness, and usability of physical asset data within our EAM system (IBM Maximo or equivalent), enabling better lifecycle management, reporting, and decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

Asset Data Management

• Improve the quality, structure, and completeness of physical asset data within the EAM system.
• Ensure assets are accurately configured, classified, and linked within asset hierarchies.
• Support asset onboarding, updates, and rationalization activities.
• Establish and maintain asset data standards and best practices.
