Our client is seeking a skilled Operations Officer for a hybrid role, requiring onsite work twice a week. In this position, you will utilize your strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and ability to manage high volumes of work to support critical business functions.
Pay Rate : $25 / hr
Working hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm

Responsibilities
- Provide operational support and specialized transaction processing within Operations & Technology.
- Maintain operational effectiveness to meet business objectives, Service Level Goals, and CEI targets.
- Support and manage partner relationships.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience and loyalty index.
- Resolve customer issues using established processes, escalating when necessary.
- Offer subject matter expertise to internal and external partners.
- Complete tasks accurately and in compliance with standards.
- Participate in daily meetings and work distribution.
- Follow audit and process guidelines; escalate risk areas as needed.
- Comply with Bank Codes of Conduct and operational policies.
- Suggest and engage in process improvements and adopt new technologies.
- Ensure due diligence for transaction accuracy.
Qualifications
Must Have :
- 3+ years of operations experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong priority management skills
Nice to Have :
- Banking experience
- Experience with TD
- Experience with Excel VLOOKUP and pivot tables
