Our client is looking for a bilingual (French & English) Learning & Development specialist who has either one+ years of experience designing training materials videos, eLearning modules etc.
OR has taken adult education courses (ADDIE) and is looking to launch their career in Learning, Development & Training.
Assisting senior L&D specialists, you will work with internal colleagues, external stakeholders and your L&D team to support the organizational Learning & Development needs.
Key focus :
Supporting the design, development, review and updating of eLearning modules, microlearning, videos, webinars and all other content;
using Adult Learning Principals and L&D tech tools.
Write, edit and format documentation and materials in both French and English.
You must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in both French and English. You will be assisting in delivering written content in both languages.
As you will deliver training sessions, strong interpersonal skills and a positive, engaging energy is also needed.
