Night Shift Supervisor

Job Summary :

WFCWindsor Fulfillment Corp is seeking a dynamic and experienced NightShift Order Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee all aspects ofeCommerce order fulfillment operations.

The Supervisor will ensureaccurate and timely delivery of customer orders optimize inventorymanagement processes and maintain high standards of customerservice.

This position requires strong leadership organizationaland communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectivelywith crossfunctional teams.

Working Hours : 10 : 30p.m. 7 : 00 a.m. Sunday Friday

Responsibilities :

• Supervise the endtoend order fulfillment process from order receiptto shipment ensuring ontime delivery and customersatisfaction.
• Work with thewarehouse management team to determine nightly staffingneeds.
• Ensure all customer ordersare accurately fulfilled during the shift.
• Train new hires on the Warehouse ManagementSystem (WMS) platform for picking packing and shippingorders.
• Establish Key PerformanceIndicators (KPIs) for picking packing and shipping orders on aclientbyclient basis.
• Lead a teamof order fulfillment specialists including hiring training coachingand performance management.
• Evaluate individual employee performances and complete employeeproductivity reports at the end of each shift.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate withproduction and procurement teams to ensure adequate stock tofulfill customer orders.
• Notifyclients of their shipping supplies onhand inventorylevels.
• Oversee the accuracy oforder entry including product specifications and shippinginstructions.
• Collaborate withSales Customer Service and Logistics teams to resolve orderdiscrepancies shipping delays and other customer issues.
• Notify warehouse managers of any customerorder issues at the end of the shift.
• Prepare all packed orders for pickup fromparcel carriers.
• Analyze order dataand performance metrics to identify trends bottlenecks andopportunities for process improvements.
• Implement and utilize order managementsystems and software tools to streamline order processing andenhance efficiency.
• Ensurecompliance with regulatory requirements and company policiesrelated to order fulfillment shipping and inventorycontrol.
• Develop and maintainrelationships with key customers and suppliers to facilitate ordermanagement and logistics activities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on orderfulfillment performance including order accuracy fulfillment ratesand shipping metrics.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in BusinessAdministration Supply Chain Management or a relatedfield.
• 35 years of experience in aneCommerce warehouse environment as a lead or supervisor.
• 5 years of experience in eCommerce orderfulfillment logistics or operations supervision preferably in a 3PLenvironment.
• Proven leadershipskills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong understanding of order managementprocesses inventory control principles and logisticsoperations.
• Onhand experience withWarehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation ManagementSystems (TMS).
• Excellentcommunication skills both written and verbal with the ability tointeract effectively with internal and externalstakeholders.
• Detailoriented withstrong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaceddeadlinedriven environment and adapt to changingpriorities.
• Knowledge of appareland apparel accessory industries and products is a plus.
• Background in Lean Manufacturing environmentsstrongly preferred.
• Distributionwarehouse experience is preferred.
• Comfortable working with MS Excel spreadsheets and experienced withvarious Management Information Systems.
• Strong sense of urgency and comfort workingin fastpaced environments with rapidly changingpriorities.
• Forklift license is aplus.
