High Rise Superintendent
MatchBox Consulting Group is searching for a High-Rise Site Superintendent in Calgary, AB. Our client is a Real Estate Development and Construction company.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day construction activities for high-rise projects, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- on-site construction teams, fostering collaboration among subcontractors and trades for efficient project execution.
- Enforce quality standards through regular inspections, promptly addressing any construction-related deficiencies.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and proactively addressing potential delays.
- Prioritize and enforce strict safety protocols on-site, conducting regular safety meetings to maintain a secure work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of high-rise construction experience.
- Proven ability to lead on-site teams effectively.
- Familiarity with local building codes and standards.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
- Demonstrated dedication to enforcing strict safety protocols.
