Interior Health Authority – Kamloops Central Health, Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada. Casual position.

Shift : Rotating 08 : 18 to 16 : 30. Work hours range from 0 to 37.5 per week, with shifts available on short notice or pre-scheduled to cover leaves.

About The Role

The Community Integration Care Coordinator (CICC) practices in accordance with the standards of professional practice and code of ethics as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) as well as within a client and family centered care model.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate day-to-day operations and quality client care within designated clinical areas.
• Support the seamless movement of clients through the healthcare system and facilitate access to appropriate resources.
• Supervise and serve as a role model and resource for staff in clinical decision‑making, clinical assessments, counseling, and family education.
• Review, analyze, and make recommendations on the development of administrative systems such as policies, procedures, and standards of client care.
• Maintain an adequate staffing level and a continuous quality improvement environment.
• Liaise with an interdisciplinary team for the identification, coordination, and efficient utilization of resources.
