Job Title : High School Administrator Job Type : Full timeLocation : Maple Hill School, Richmond BCWork Schedule : Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM Work Location : Richmond, BC. Salaries : $52000 - $54000 per year, 4 weeks of paid vacation annually.About Us : Maple Hill School is a high school dedicated to providing high-qualityeducation and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.Our mission is to empower students to achieve academic excellence andpersonal growth.Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced High School Administrator tojoin our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the dailyoperations of the school, managing students files and assisting theschool principal in managing the administration team. Key Responsibilities : Responsible for daily administrative operations of the school. Manage students’ digital and physical files including MSP and grading reports. Coordinate school events, programs, and activities. Supervise and support members of the administration team. Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student success. Qualifications : Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred Native English language level; proficiency in a second language (Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese) is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of administrative working experience; experience in a school setting is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of school management-related software. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and the community. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
