Purpose of the position

We hire good-hearted people, with strong team spirit and who care about customer service. Schedule: 32 hours/week daytime. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Provide a high level of customer service
• Rent out vacant apartments in the building
• Greet clients and take them on a tour of the site
• Greet visitors
• Analyze client needs
• Analyze the clients needs in relation to the available properties
• All other related tasks

The ideal person has :

• Customer service approach
• Proven ability to sell
• Teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills
• Autonomy and discretion
• Good sense of organization
• Good management of priorities and adaptability
• Concern for the well-being of seniors

Required qualifications :

• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
