Our federal government client is seeking a Facilitator Consultant to lead consultations with Indigenous groups to revise the Agency's guide for construction applications, ensuring alignment with the latest laws and principles regarding Indigenous rights.
This is a 10-month, as-and-when-required contract in Canada , performed remotely with exceptional travel requirements.
About you
To succeed in this role, you'll need :
- 2+ years in leading the facilitation and coordination of meetings with Indigenous groups
- Experience creating and finalizing reports on facilitated sessions please specify the number of projects you've participated in
- Bilingualism in English and French (required)
- To be a Canadian citizen who has or is able to acquire a Reliability-level security clearance
About the role
If hired, you will :
- Facilitate consultations with Indigenous groups to update the agency guidelines
- Create and submit a final report summarizing input and recommendations
- Review documents and prepare communication materials for outreach
- Coordinate and lead consultation meetings, documenting feedback
- Analyze consultation input and recommend updates to the Draft Guide
