SUMMARY OFFUNCTIONS
- Responsible forthe performance of the QC Department and team.
- Ensuring the reports are completedand files according to procedures.
- Scheduling QC team according to capacityrequirements.
- TheQuality Manager is responsible for overall procedural developmentimplementation and maintenance of the organization’sQuality Management System (QMS).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensurethat the organization’s Quality Management Systemconforms to customer internal ISO 9001 and regulatory / legalrequirements.
- Ensureevaluation of and reporting on vendor quality systems must have astrong TECHNICAL background.
- Manage the monitoring measurement and review of internalprocesses especially those that affect the quality of theorganization’s products.
- Report to top management on the performance ofthe QMS (e.g. results of quality audits corrective actions)including the need for improvement.
- Conduct periodic management review meetingsand / or review meetings with clients.
Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection / calibrationof monitoring and measuring devices.
Keep up on standards regulations / laws issues and newswith respect to product (service) quality.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Read and interpret welding blueprints drawingsspecifications manuals and processes
- Interpretwelding process specifications
- Examine weldsand ensure that they meet standards and / orspecifications
