IT Account Manager

We’re looking for an IT Account Manager to build strong client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions. You’ll be the main point of contact for assigned accounts, working closely with technical teams to align technology with client needs.

What You’ll Do :

• Manage and grow client relationships.
• Act as the primary contact for IT services and solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects and support.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Handle renewals, contracts, and client escalations.
