- This role is based in office in Lethbridge, AB (no remote or hybrid available)
Position Summary :
Leading and developing the accounting and office staffOffering accounting direction on all accounting processes including payroll and benefitsStreamlining the financial operations by developing policies, overseeing compliance, managing KPI’s, and streamlining operationsCompiling and presenting financial reportsForecastingSpecial projects and data analysis, including the monitoring of corporate credit, assessing risks, and investigating variancesCollaborating and building relationships with department leaders, government agencies, and other professional organizationsMeeting deadlines and managing month-end / year-end closing processes / auditsRequired Qualifications :
5+ years’ experience as a Controller, Finance Manager, or related management roleBachelor’s degree in accounting or financeExcellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate, mentor, and provide consultationUnrivaled attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesBonus Points For :
