Join our dynamic Customer Partner Education team as an LMS Administrator, where your primary mission will be to manage and optimize the infrastructure of our Learning Management System (LMS) that powers learning.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Administer the daily operations of the Braze Learning LMS (powered by Skilljar), ensuring optimal setup and maintenance of online courses that cater to our global learners in multiple languages.
  • Continuously update and manage the course catalog and ensure the training calendar is up-to-date.
  • Facilitate the smooth registration and enrollment of users in the LMS, ensuring all learners have appropriate access to the platform.
  • Proactively manage and resolve any LMS functionality issues, and track and ensure resolution of technical challenges.
  • Develop customized reports that track the effectiveness of learning solutions, providing crucial data on user adoption and completion rates for internal stakeholders.
  • Strategize with the Growth Data & Engineering team to refine user experience flows and system maintenance protocols.
  • Advocate for and implement LMS updates, performance enhancements, and system integrations to boost functionality and user engagement.
  • Provide support to Customer and Partner Education team members on LMS administration to ensure smooth onboarding of new system users.
  • Guarantee the accuracy and availability of all training materials / learning assets within the LMS.

WHO YOU ARE

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience; or 5 years of direct experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in administering LMS platforms (Skilljar preferred), with a solid understanding of LMS operations and hierarchy.
  • Familiarity with eLearning design tools and Content Management Systems (Sanity CMS preferred).
  • Previous experience in the tech industry is highly advantageous.
  • Proven excellence in project management and execution, with stellar multitasking skills suitable for a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical proficiency, particularly in LMS and CMS technologies.
  • Independent problem solver who can efficiently work without supervision.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Keen analytical abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic HTML and JavaScript proficiency.
