In accordance with the established vision and values of the organization, and as directed by the Regional Manager, Organizational Learning, the position designs, develops, evaluates, and continuously improves educational programming with a particular focus on microlearning and hybrid delivery modalities.
The Instructional Designer engages key partners to inform learning and development requirements, as well as the design, development, and delivery of a multipronged and blended learning approaches. Builds and implements regional and local programs and systems for a variety of audiences and integrates knowledge of adult education methodologies, tools, and techniques into educational programming. Works closely with the eLearning team to coordinate and facilitate a learning strategy that aligns with NH strategic priorities. Represents the team on internal / external working groups and committees as required.
Starting salary will be approximately from $74,618 to $93,273 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.
